“A mother is the truest friend we have, when trials heavy and sudden, fall upon us; when adversity takes the place of prosperity; when friends who rejoice with us in our sunshine desert us; when trouble thickens around us, still will she cling to us, and endeavor by her kind precepts and counsels to dissipate the clouds of darkness, and cause peace to return to our hearts.” ~Washington Irving

Hello families of our little saints. We had such a yippy zippy time in Ms. Lisa and Ms. Gena’s pre-k class this week. Ms. Y and Mr. Z joined us for all the fun to conclude our letter puppet people. Thank you to Keira and Hannah for bringing in their youthful Yy’s. Thank you to Matty and Maddie for their zany Zz’s. Thank you to Poppy for the yummy, zesty snack basket.

On Monday we celebrated Reid’s 5th  birthday(June 11). On Tuesday we celebrated Jack’s 5th birthday (June 14).And on Wednesday we celebrated Hatcher’s 6th birthday(July 31). This was a sweet and special time. Speaking of sweet time, thank you to all those who were able to attend the Ice Cream social on Monday evening. We love our memory books(thanks Angela Lee, Kim Sadowski, and Brandy Smith). These are such a priceless keepsake to remember our fun year.

On Thursday we enjoyed our field trip to DeLeon Springs. Thank you to all the parents who were able to attend. This was such a fun, learning, memorable experience.

This week our Kai was in the hospital. He is back at home now and doing much better. We prayed for him everyday at snack and lunch. Please continue to pray for him. We hope he is back at school on Monday.

Please have a wonderful weekend. Happy Mother’s Day to all of our wonderful Mom’s. Hopefully you find some zen time to do a little yoga or anything you want that gives you peace.

God Bless,

Ms. Lisa & Ms. Gena
